Man found dead at VIP locality in Bihar's Patna, probe underway

Patna, Jul 9 (PTI) The body of a man was found on Thursday morning near a bridge at a VIP locality in Bihar’s Patna, police said. The identity of the man is yet to be ascertained, they said. “Though the exact age is not confirmed, the man appears to be aged around 20-25 years. We are trying to ascertain the identity and background of the deceased,” SDPO-1 (Sachiwalay) Anu Kumari told reporters here. The body was found near bridge number 15 on Hardinge Road, where official bungalows of several ministers and MLAs are located. A team from the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) has been requisitioned, and an investigation is underway, she said. PTI SUK RBT
