Himachal govt withholding MPLADS fund: Kangana

Shimla, Jul 9 (PTI) Mandi MP Kangana Ranaut on Thursday accused the Congress-led Himachal Pradesh government of withholding the MPLADS fund which she had allocated for the development of Kullu and Mandi districts. She said this during her visit to Chansari village in Kullu, where she inaugurated a mobile medical van-based primary and preventive health services operated by Matrix Society for Social Services in collaboration with NHPC Limited. Addressing the people, Ranaut said that the BJP government at the Centre is continuously providing funds for the development of Himachal Pradesh, but the Congress government is blatantly denying this fact. "Just as a corrupt government was ousted from West Bengal, the Congress party will soon be wiped out in Himachal Pradesh. This will enable the BJP, both at the Centre and in the state, to approve major projects and restart public welfare services," she said. PTI/COR MNK MNK
