Four of a family killed as motorcycle hits divider in UP's Hapur, 1 injured

Hapur (UP), Jul 13 (PTI) A man and his three children were killed, and another person was critically injured after their motorcycle rammed into a divider on the Delhi-Lucknow national highway here on Monday, police said. Ashok (45), a resident of Hasanpur, and his daughter Radhika (4) died on the spot, while his other children Meenakshi (8) and Anuj (14) died during treatment at the hospital, police said. Another rider, who suffered serious injuries, is being treated at the hospital, they said, adding that his condition is said to be stable. According to Babugarh Police, the motorcycle carrying five people allegedly went out of control, hit the road divider and then rammed into an iron pole along the highway.
