England opt to field against India, KL Rahul out due to illness

Cardiff, Jul 16 (PTI) England skipper Harry Brook opted to field against India in the second ODI here on Thursday. India will be missing wicketkeeper-batter KL Rahul due to illness as Ishan Kishan comes into the playing eleven even in his place. England dropped pacer Josh Tongue and spinner Liam Dawson to include pacers Saqib Mahmood and Gus Atkinson in the side.
