Police said the arrests were made in a series of operations carried out in areas under the Vidyaranyapura, Jeevan Bheemanagar, Devanahalli and Hebbagodi police station limits following information that drugs were being sold there.
During the operations, separate cases were registered under the NDPS Act, and searches were conducted at locations identified by informants, police said.
A total of 11 accused were arrested on different dates, comprising nine suspects from other states and two residents, a senior police officer said.
Police said they seized 2 kg of MDMA, 1 kg and 767 grams of hydro ganja, and 32 kg and 920 grams of ganja, along with Rs 5.90 lakh in cash, two iPhones and a two-wheeler.

"During interrogation, the accused confessed that they had procured the narcotic substances from unidentified suppliers within and outside the state at lower prices and sold them at higher rates to earn illegal profit," the officer said.
Efforts are under way to trace and apprehend the suppliers, police added.
