Odisha's KALIA scheme provides Rs 10,000/year to small farmers and Rs 12,500 to landless labourers for inputs, with Rs 2 lakh life insurance.

What you get
Small/marginal farmers: Rs 5,000/season × 2 = Rs 10,000/year. Landless agricultural households: Rs 12,500/year for goat rearing, fishing equipment, mushroom cultivation, bee-keeping. Life insurance: Rs 2 lakh on death, Rs 2 lakh accidental. Crop insurance premium waived.
