What you get
Rs 20,000/ha compensation for 33–60% crop loss. Rs 25,000/ha for 60%+ crop loss. Covers all crops. No premium from farmer — Gujarat government fully funds the insurance. Covers Kharif crops (April–November). Village-level survey determines loss. 56 lakh farmers enrolled.
Who can apply
All farmers growing Kharif crops in Gujarat. No land size limit. Must be registered on iKhedut portal.
