What you get

Three components: Price Support Scheme (PSS) — government procurement at MSP for oilseeds and pulses when market prices fall below MSP. Price Deficiency Payment Scheme (PDPS) — direct payment of difference between MSP and market price to farmers (for oilseeds). Private Procurement and Stockist Scheme (PPPS) — private sector procurement at MSP with government subsidy. Covers 14 kharif crops, 6 rabi crops, and 2 commercial crops with declared MSP.

Who can apply

Farmers growing crops with declared MSP who sell in regulated markets (APMCs) or to government agencies.

For: All crop cultivating farmers

  • Must register with state procurement agency
  • Sell only in APMC or designated procurement centers
  • Bring produce with quality certification
