What you get

Kudumbashree, Kerala's poverty eradication mission, supports women from Below Poverty Line (BPL) households to start micro enterprises. Subsidised working capital loan (Rs 50,000-5 lakh) through Kerala Financial Corporation or nationalized banks. Skill training, market linkage, and business mentoring. Over 4.5 lakh micro enterprises operate under Kudumbashree across Kerala. Sectors: food processing, tailoring, handicrafts, retail, services, agriculture.

Who can apply

Women members of Kudumbashree Neighbourhood Groups (NHGs) from BPL and near-BPL households in Kerala. Group enterprises get priority. Individual micro enterprises from SHG members are also supported.
