The Galaxy S25 is likely to feature a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, offering a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling and gaming. All models in the S25 series are expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, offering top-tier performance. The base S25 model is rumored to come with 12GB of RAM and options for 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB of internal storage.

Battery-wise, the S25 may house a 4,000mAh battery, offering 25W wired fast charging, with potential support for wireless charging, although the output details remain uncertain. In terms of optics, it could feature a 50MP primary sensor, paired with a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x zoom capabilities. On the front, it may have a 12MP selfie camera for high-quality self-portraits.

The Galaxy S25 is expected to run on One UI 7, based on Android 15, and support eSIM, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.3 for superior connectivity.

The Galaxy S25+ is likely to come with a larger 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display featuring a 3120 x 1440 pixels resolution and the same 120Hz refresh rate as the base model. Like the S25, it will come with 12GB of RAM, but the storage options are expected to be 256GB and 512GB.

Powering the Galaxy S25+ will be a 4,900mAh battery capable of supporting 45W wired fast charging. The camera setup on the S25+ is likely to be identical to the base model, with a 50MP primary camera, 12MP ultra-wide, and 10MP telephoto lenses, plus a 12MP front camera with an f/2.2 aperture.

The S25 Ultra is expected to be the showstopper of the lineup, boasting a massive 6.9-inch WQHD Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate. With up to 12GB of RAM, the Ultra variant will offer three storage options: 256GB, 512GB, and a massive 1TB for users demanding vast storage capabilities.

In terms of battery, the S25 Ultra will come with a 5,000mAh unit, with 45W wired fast charging support, making it a powerhouse device. One of the major upgrades on the Ultra will be its 200MP primary camera, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP 5x periscope telephoto lens that would provide impeccable zoom capabilities. The 12MP front camera will remain the same as the other variants, though its performance is expected to be top-tier.

Weighing around 218 grams, the S25 Ultra will be significantly heavier than the S25 and S25+, which are expected to weigh about 168 grams and 190 grams, respectively.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Expected Prices (Leaked)

As per a leak from X user Tarun Vats (@tarunvats33), the Samsung Galaxy S25 with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage will retail for ₹84,999 in India. The 12GB+512GB variant could be priced at ₹94,999, representing a notable increase over the price of the Galaxy S24. For reference, the Galaxy S24 launched at ₹74,999 for the base 8GB+128GB model.

The Galaxy S25+ is rumored to start at ₹1,04,999 for the 12GB+256GB configuration, with the 12GB+512GB model expected to cost ₹1,14,999, showing a slight increase in price compared to its predecessor.

The flagship Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to start at ₹1,34,999 for the 12GB+256GB option, while the 16GB+512GB variant may be priced at ₹1,44,999. The highest-spec 16GB+1TB version could reach as much as ₹1,64,999, surpassing the price of the previous generation Galaxy S24 Ultra, which launched at ₹1,29,999 for the 256GB variant.
