Women from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families identified through Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) data or from SC/ST households, PM Awas Yojana beneficiaries, AAY beneficiaries, forest dwellers, most backward classes, tea garden workers, riverine islands, and SEBCs.

For: Women above 18 years from BPL households

• Must not already have an LPG connection in the household
• Must have Aadhaar card
• Must have Jan Dhan or savings bank account
