'Receiver' of phones stolen at Delhi Metro stations held

New Delhi, Jul 11 (PTI) A man who took phones stolen at metro stations and sold them through illegal channels was arrested, an officer said on Saturday. Delhi Metro Police recovered 22 handsets from Sameer who was apprehended near Khajuri Chowk on Friday. Police said the recovered phones were linked to theft cases registered at Kashmiri Gate Metro, INA Metro and Shastri Park Metro police stations. The accused allegedly confessed during interrogation. Further investigation is underway to identify the thieves and trace more stolen phones. PTI BM SKY SKY
