On city-tour after b'day party, 3 friends fatally stone man after spat in Gurugram

Gurugram, Jul 15 (PTI) A man who went out on a city tour with his three friends after attending a birthday party was allegedly stoned to death by them following an argument here, police said on Wednesday.
They added that the accused have been arrested.
According to ACP (Crime) Naveen Sharma, the victim, Bandi Oraon (39), attended a birthday party of a friend's son in Wazirabad on the night of July 13-14.
Oraon, who had migrated to the city a month ago for work, asked his accused friends to take him around the city after the party and left with them in a car.
According to ACP, "An argument broke out between them near Wazirabad Dhani Chowk, following which the accused allegedly took Bandi to the Aravalli forest area and assaulted him with stones, where he died on the spot." The accused then dumped the victim's body in the nearby bushes and fled the spot.
Sharma said the body was found on Tuesday, lying in bushes near the DLF Faridabad T-Point, after a passerby informed the police around 6 am.
An FIR for murder was registered at Sector 53 police station. Acting swiftly, joint teams of Sectors 53 and 43 police stations arrested the accused from Gurugram, the officer said.
The police identified the accused as Ram (30), a taxi driver, and two auto-rickshaw drivers, Vinay (35) and Prakash (26). All three natives of Jharkhand are currently living in Wazirabad, Gurugram.
The accused are being questioned, and further investigation is underway, he added. PTI COR SMV APL APL
