Amman, Jul 9 (AP) Missile alert sirens sounded in Jordan on Thursday as Iran retaliated across the wider Middle East over US airstrikes targeting it. The sirens could be heard in Amman, Jordan' capital, and Jordanian media said sirens also sounded in other areas of the kingdom. There was no immediate information provided from authorities.
