Man misbehaves with minor girl, dies after being thrashed by local residents

Hyderabad, Jul 18 (PTI) A man, who misbehaved with a minor girl, died while undergoing treatment after being thrashed by local residents and her relatives, police said on Saturday. The man (55), a resident of Kulsumpura, allegedly inappropriately touched the girl (9) and it was noticed by a neighbour. The accused quickly left the place after the neighbour confronted him. Later, the girl's family members and local residents warned and thrashed him on Thursday evening. Police, who reached the spot after receiving information, admitted him to a government hospital. He died on Friday during treatment. Cases were registered against the accused and also those who thrashed him. The accused, who was separated from his wife, lived with his mother, police added.
