Faridabad, Jul 17 (PTI) A 60-year-old man allegedly slit his wife's throat with a sharp-edged weapon after a dispute at their home in Faridabad's Shyam Colony, police said on Friday.
The victim, identified as 52-year-old Kiran, was rushed to a nearby hospital by family members but was declared dead by doctors. Following a complaint by the couple's eldest son, Karan, an FIR was registered at Palla police station.
