Man hacked to death in Jharkhand's Seraikela-Kharswan

Seraikela (Jharkhand), Jul 18 (PTI) A man was hacked to death by unidentified people in broad daylight on Saturday following an altercation with one of them in Jharkhand's Seraikela-Kharswan district, a senior police officer said. According to a complaint lodged by the victim's brother, Jagannath Gope (27) was called from his home and hacked to death, police said. Superintendent of Police Manoj Swargiary said an investigation was underway to ascertain the exact cause of the killing and efforts were being made to nab the accused. PTI BS NSD
