New Delhi, Jul 13 (PTI) Four minors are feared drowned after they were swept away by the Yamuna river's strong current while bathing near Hiranki village in outernorth Delhi's Alipur area, an official said on Monday.
The police received a call about the incident at 7.30 pm on Sunday.
According to the police, five minors had entered the river. One of them raised an alarm after the others got caught in the strong current and disappeared.
Teams of the NDRF, DDMA, Delhi Fire Services and local police are carrying out a search operation, which continued for the second day on Monday. No bodies have been recovered so far, police said. PTI BM MPL MPL
