Congress to organise students' marathon in Ranchi on July 12

Ranchi, Jul 9 (PTI) The Youth Congress will organise a students' marathon in Ranchi on Sunday to raise awareness against examination paper leaks, a party leader said on Thursday. The 5-km marathon will begin at 6 am from Bapu Vatika at Morabadi Ground, Ranchi Mahanagar Congress president Kumar Raja said. The event, being organised as part of the 'Chhatron Ki Goonj' initiative, aims to highlight the Congress' campaign against examination paper leaks and its demand for accountability to safeguard students' future, he said. Winners of the marathon will be awarded prizes, while all participants will be felicitated, he added. State Congress president Keshav Mahto Kamlesh and several state ministers are expected to take part in the event.
