Assam: Drugs worth Rs 2.4 crore seized, three arrested

Guwahati, Jul 7 (PTI) Three persons have been arrested and drugs worth nearly Rs 2.4 crore seized in Assam's Dhubri district, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said on Tuesday. "'Red card, your game's up,' said @Dhubri_Police. Kudos to the team for intercepting narcotics worth approximately Rs 2.4 cr, and apprehending 3 accused. The scoreline says it all: @assampolice 1, drug traffickers 0," Sarma said in a post on social media. Necessary legal action has been initiated against the peddlers. PTI DG ACD
