Jamshedpur, Jul 10 (PTI) Another accused allegedly involved in the murder of Karni Sena leader Himanshu Singh surrendered before police in Jharkhand's East Singhbhum district on Friday, a senior officer said. Rahul Dubey, who had been absconding since the June 27 incident outside Double Down Bar under Bistupur police station limits, walked into the police station premises with his hands raised and surrendered, the officer said. "Dubey, an accused in the Karni Sena leader murder case, has surrendered today afternoon," Senior Superintendent of Police (East Singhbhum) Ehtesham Waquarib told PTI. With Dubey's surrender, all 13 accused named in the FIR registered in connection with the killing of 28-year-old Himanshu Singh have been arrested, the SSP said. Those arrested include Double Down Bar owner-cum-BJP leader Niraj Singh and four teenagers. The prime accused in the case, Vishwanath Lohra alias Bodra, for whose arrest police had announced a reward of Rs 2 lakh, surrendered before the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate two days ago amid mounting pressure from police. Himanshu Singh and his friend Pratiyush Singh were allegedly dragged out of a police patrolling vehicle and attacked with cleavers and axes by a group of miscreants in the presence of police personnel outside the bar following a brawl over an issue inside the establishment. Himanshu, who was seriously injured in the attack, died during treatment at Tata Main Hospital in Jamshedpur two days later, while Pratiyush remained under treatment at a hospital in Kolkata, police said.
