What you get
EWS/LIG ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್-ಲಿಂಕ್ಡ್ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ: ₹2,67,280 (₹6 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ 6.5% ಬಡ್ಡಿ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ, 20 ವರ್ಷ). MIG-I: ₹2,35,068 (₹9 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ 4% ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿ). MIG-II: ₹2,30,156 (₹12 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ 3%). BLC: EWS ಗೆ ₹1.5 ಲಕ್ಷ. ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಬೆಲೆಯ ಮನೆಗಳು.
Who can apply
Urban households without pucca house. EWS: income below Rs 3 lakh; LIG: Rs 3–6 lakh; MIG-I: Rs 6–12 lakh; MIG-II: Rs 12–18 lakh.
For: Urban EWS, LIG and MIG households
Income limit: Up to Rs 18 lakh annual income (MIG-II)
- Must not own pucca house in any urban area in India
- Aadhaar linked bank account
- Apply through CLSS Awas Portal or State Urban Development Agency
