Who can apply
Pregnant and lactating women for first live birth, except those covered under government employment
For: Pregnant women, first-time mothers
Age: 19+
- Only for first live birth
- Must register at Anganwadi or health centre
- Institutional delivery preferred
- Government employees excluded
