Who can apply
Rural households without a pucca house or living in one-room katcha house
For: Homeless rural poor, SC/ST, minorities, former bonded labourers
- Must be in SECC 2011 data
- Should not own any pucca house anywhere in India
- Priority to SC/ST, minorities, widows, disabled persons

- Land ownership documents or NoC from Panchayat
- Income certificate
