Maharajganj (UP), Apr 20 (PTI) A court here has sentenced a man to life imprisonment for murdering his relative over a land dispute in 2016, officials said on Sunday.

District and Sessions Judge Niraj Kumar on Saturday also imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on the convict Ashok (42),District Prosecuting Officer Brijendra Nath Tripathi said.

Ram Prasad Chaudhary(60) was murdered on December 12, 2016,.
