Roshni Nadar’s rise in the global billionaire rankings can be attributed to her 47% stake in HCL Technologies and HCL Infosystems, which was transferred to her by her father and HCL Group founder Shiv Nadar. This significant transfer was executed through a gift deed on March 6, 2025, making her the largest shareholder in the company.
