We are looking for two dynamic sales executives to join our team and help us onboard more businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify and approach small businesses, restaurants, and startups that could benefit from Swadesi’s exposure.
- Sales Pitch & Negotiation – Convince businesses to partner with us for paid articles, interviews, and media coverage.
- Closing Deals & Follow-ups – Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Revenue Growth – Achieve monthly sales targets to earn additional commissions.
- Market Research – Stay updated on industry trends and identify potential business categories for outreach.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of Sales Experience (B2B sales preferred)
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Self-motivated & Goal-Oriented
- Basic Understanding of Digital Media & Content Marketing (Preferred but not mandatory)
Compensation & Perks:
- Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 per month
- Commission: 10% of sales revenue generated
