We are looking for two dynamic sales executives to join our team and help us onboard more businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify and approach small businesses, restaurants, and startups that could benefit from Swadesi’s exposure.
  • Sales Pitch & Negotiation – Convince businesses to partner with us for paid articles, interviews, and media coverage.
  • Closing Deals & Follow-ups – Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Revenue Growth – Achieve monthly sales targets to earn additional commissions.
  • Market Research – Stay updated on industry trends and identify potential business categories for outreach.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree Mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year of Sales Experience (B2B sales preferred)
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
  • Self-motivated & Goal-Oriented
  • Basic Understanding of Digital Media & Content Marketing (Preferred but not mandatory)

Compensation & Perks:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 per month
  • Commission: 10% of sales revenue generated
