Swiggy, the Indian food delivery giant, has recently shifted its operations to a new office space at DLF One Horizon Centre in Gurgaon. Interestingly, the space was previously the headquarters of Zomato, Swiggy’s main competitor in the food delivery business. Zomato occupied 1.2 lakh square feet of office space at One Horizon Centre back in 2015. At that time, Zomato leased the space at ₹135 per square foot per month, with an estimated monthly cost of over ₹1.6 crore. However, in 2018, Zomato moved out of the building and relocated to a different space, and now Swiggy has taken over that location.
